Working Principle
The micro-heat adsorption dryer is an energy-saving and efficient dryer. It is a product developed by absorbing the advantages of thermal regeneration and non-thermal regeneration. The regenerated gas is used to purge and regenerate the adsorption tower bed after micro-heating to increase the temperature, which can save regeneration gas consumption, have good regeneration effect, and prolong the adsorption working time.

4. High-performance adsorbents are used, which have strong adsorption capacity and wear resistance, ensuring long-term use of stable dew point without powdering;
5. PLC plus LCD controller is used, which is easy to understand and convenient for operation and maintenance;
6. stainless steel heater, jacket fins combined with PD temperature control mode, with the advantages of fast heating speed and high control accuracy;
7. With a pressure protection function and automatic pressure charging function, it is safer to use and the system is more stable

Automatic pressure charging function, automatic stamping before valve switching, so that the cylinder pressure is equalized before switching, ensuring the stability of cylinder pressure, avoiding the impact of pipeline pressure fluctuations on the adsorbent, and ensuring the service life of the adsorbent;
9. Silent one-way valves and high-performance mufflers are used to ensure that the noise during operation and exhaust is reduced to the minimum value.
