C Grade Main line oil and water filter grade
Suitable for filtering large amounts of liquids and coagulants larger than 3 microns (maximum residual oil content of 5ppm w/w)
Level 1: one or two stainless steel perforated tubes for 10 micron mechanical separation
Level 2: deep fiber media for filtering solid and liquid particles of 3 microns
T Grade Main line dust filter
Applicable to filter liquid water and oil: can filter solid particles as small as 1.0 micron (1.0ppm w/w maximum residual oil content) Both inner and outer filter elements are corrosion-resistant
Stage 1 – Alternate layers of fiber media and media filters to filter out larger particles
Stage 2 – Multi-layer epoxy resin bonded mixed fiber media to agglomerate oil mist and filter out solid particles
Grade A High-efficiency oil removal filter
Suitable for coalescing fine water vapor and oil mist; can filter out solid particles as small as 0.01 micron (maximum residual oil content of 0.01ppmw/w) Both the inner and outer filter elements are corrosion-resistant
Stage 1 – Multi-layer fiber media and media filter to filter out larger particles and pre-filter the air before it enters the second stage of filtration
Stage 2 – Multi-layer bonded mixed fiber media to filter out fine agglomerates Externally coated closed foam sleeve
Grade AA Ultra-efficient oil removal filter
Suitable for coalescing extremely fine water vapor and oil mist; can filter out solid particles as small as 0.01 micron (0.005ppm w/w: maximum residual oil content) Both the inner and outer filter elements are corrosion-resistant
Stage 1 – Coated closed foam sleeve for pre-filtration and airflow dispersion
Stage 2 – Multi-layer matrix mixed fiber media to filter out very fine agglomerates External coated closed foam sleeve
Grade H Activated carbon micro-oil mist filter
Applicable to filter out oil vapor and hydrocarbon vapor that activated carbon can usually absorb; can filter out solid particles as small as 0.01 micron (maximum residual oil content of 0.003ppm w/w) Both the inner and outer filter elements are corrosion-resistant
Level 1 – A very fine activated carbon powder stabilization layer that can filter out most of the oil vapor
Level 2 – A multi-layer fiber medium, bonded with micro-fine activated carbon powder, that can filter out residual oil vapor
Multi-layer fine medium to prevent contaminants from migrating
External coating closed foam sleeve to prevent fiber migration
