How it works
The refrigerated dryer uses a refrigeration device to cool the compressed air to a certain dew point temperature based on the corresponding relationship between the saturated vapor pressure and temperature of water, precipitates the water contained in it, and discharges the water through the gas-water separator and the electronic drainer, thereby drying the compressed air. The refrigeration and heat dissipation device of the Chaodun water-cooled refrigerated dryer is a water-cooled condenser.

- The dryer processing capacity will change with the changes in the air volume, working pressure, inlet temperature and cooling water temperature of the air compressor. When selecting the model, it can be corrected according to the coefficient corresponding to the actual working conditions.
- The air flow under different working conditions can be obtained by multiplying the nominal flow in the specification parameter table with the correction factor.
- Actual dryer processing capacity = nominal flow x (coefficient C1 x coefficient C2)
